Christian Ratten
Registered Psychologist | Director
Christian brings over two decades of experience across mining, construction, and elite sport. He draws on this real-world background alongside his training as a psychologist to help individuals and organisations navigate pressure, improve performance, and create healthier ways of working.
Will Hagan
Registered Psychologist
Will has a unique background in mechanical engineering, business leadership, and organisational psychology. He brings experience from running leadership consultancies, delivering high-performance coaching, and supporting leaders across industries. Will works at the systems level to spark lasting change while helping people connect to purpose, improve processes, and build cultures where individuals and organisations can perform at their best.

We have a range of consulting psychologists who bring diverse expertise across organisational psychology, leadership development, high-performance coaching, safety, and wellbeing. Each consultant is carefully selected based on the needs of the project, ensuring we match the right skills and experience to every client. Together, they extend Humanistics’ ability to deliver tailored, evidence-based support that drives meaningful outcomes for individuals, teams, and organisations.
